Renovated lakefront cottage with new hot tub! Relax on the private dock. Enjoy the shallow lake water- ideal for swimming with young children and minimal boat traffic! Upstairs kids loft with 4 built-in bunks! Hike or bike the 7 mile Spirit Trail around the lake. Short 1/4 mile walk to the Eagles Nest restaurant and to Eagle Point Marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Kayaks, paddleboards and paddleboat included! Recently had to remove the fire pit due to ordinance and complaints.
Good to know
3 bedroom 2 bath rustic cedar cabin located on desirable Clark Lake in the Irish hills. Game table on second floor is no longer available. Recently replaced the floors on the second floor so some pictures of the 2nd floor are outdated and do not show the updates.
Other Details to Note
The cabin has well water. The only access to fresh water on the lake is well water. There is no city water near Clark Lake. We have purified drinking water available through a hot and cold water dispenser. The showers and tap water is well water. No longer allow wood camp fires. 2027 plan to have natural gas firepit.
